Jim,

Unfortunately, Jim V. and Mike W. are both still "green-screeners"...they
haven't embraced the new fangled web thing yet. I often spend a lot of
time on ServiceLink on the web, and would be happy to chat about it.
I'd also like to vent about the things IBM has done recently to make it
more obscure.....argggggg..... Even trying to find ServiceLink is a major
challange. I don't want to have to dig through a ton of marketing crap
to find it. But that is another topic..... %-)

Hmmmm. Sounds like we have a good idea for a scheduled session at the
